Freddy is a friendly, lovable old guy who enjoys attention, including being scratched, snuggled and brushed. He has a calm temperament and behaves well with people, even at the vet's office. He's vocal with a loud meow and a purr that won't quit, and catnip makes him melt into a happy ball of fluff. 

However, this senior gentleman would do best in a home with no other pets where he can get the extra time and TLC he needs. Freddy takes a few medications daily and is not always the best eater. He needs someone who will watch his food intake to ensure he gets enough calories. He has early stage kidney disease which makes his skin flaky but brushing will help keep his coat in shape. The reward for being Freddy's person is having a devoted cat companion who is soft, kissable and mushy.
