Kitkat was dumped at the shelter when his owner died. He was very confused and nervous. We stepped in to get him out of there. While in foster care, Kitkat was cautious, but did allow short petting sessions, as he figuered out where he was and who we were. After about a month, Kitkat decided that he was ready to come out for attention, and lots of pets. He is now much happier and social. Kitkat likes the other cats in his foster room. He has not yet met the dogs so we do not know how he will do with them. He has long thick hair and gets matted easily. He will require regular grooming by his human which will allow for lots of bonding time.
